1. TOPICS:
This is a messageboard, not a chatroom. Your post should keep to the topic of the thread.
2. OFFENSIVE POSTS / MATERIAL:
The use of explict language is NOT permitted and may result in a caution or ban. Offending posts will be deleted immediately.
3. TOPICS IN CAPS LOCK :
Capitals indicate you are shouting. Do not type everything in capitals. This includes the title of your post. Offending topics will be closed or deleted.
4. ANY POTENTIAL LIBELOUS MATERIAL:
Any post which may result in legal action against Solace will be deleted and may result in a caution or ban.
5. INVASION OF PERSONAL PRIVACY:
You must not post any email addresses or any other personal details of another member without their prior permission.
6. MODERATION OF SITE:
The site will be moderated daily and any messages felt not to be in line with these Terms of Use will be deleted. In any case posts will be delted after 14 days after the last message posted unless the message contains useful on-going information.Please be aware that SOLACE helpline volunteers will NOT be responding personally to messages and will only post useful information via the Moderator in the name of Solace.
7. WHAT YOU AGREE TO:
By posting messages on the Solace forum, you agree that you remain solely responsible for the content of your messages, and you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless with respect to any claim based upon transmission of your messages.
